Yannis Roussos was born and grew up in Syros island. He studied drums in Greece and Holland. He has collaborated with many musicians and composers, with whom he has performed in many countries.
He was a founding member of the band Film Noir, which released the homonymous album in 2008.
He lives in Syros.
