Billy Prim (Vasileios Primikiris) was born in Larisa in 1997. He started playing drums at the age of 15. His musical studies include 6 years of classical piano lessons. He finished his basic education in Greece and then moved to Hungary to study the drums.

During and after his studies Billy was joining several musical projects, recordings and tours with different ensembles of different genres of music.

In addition he took courses and workshops with Eric Ineke, Colin Stranahan, Sheila Jordan, Diane Schuur and Jonathan Kreisberg.

He has performed with artists such as Attila Blaho, Andor Horváth, Matthew Mitchell, Debasish Ganguly,Poszár Máté, Lili Nagy, Flora Tandi, Vasilis Podaras (Billy Pod), Yiotis Samaras and Dimitris Papadopoulos.

His first album as a leader “Thalassa” was released in 2019.
